VIP Meet & Greet at BC Moto Invitational. 4:00-5:30 PM Meet other VIP guests, curator Bill Dodge and the invited custom motorcycle builders while getting an up-close viewing of their bikes on showcase. Whether you know bikes, are interested in learning more or are a fan of American craftsmen, this is one of the coolest events of the weekend. Nibbles and Sips.

Friday, May 16 
Loretta’s Plantation Home Tour. Enjoy an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of Loretta Lynn’s historic plantation home, a stunning antebellum-style residence dating back to the late 1800s. Purchased by Loretta and her husband, Mooney, in 1966, this home is where they raised their family. This private, in-depth tour is both insightful and often humorously entertaining, offering a rare glimpse into Loretta’s life.

After the tour, gather for light refreshments at Loretta’s Plantation Home. This one-of-a-kind experience is available only at TMMR. Plus, receive a special TMMR25 commemorative gift as a keepsake. 12:30 PM meet at Western Town in front of the Museum. Parking in back.

Saturday, May 17
Ultra/Premier VIP Group Ride & Fish Fry at neighboring ranch. You’ll enjoy a taste of the country with a good ole’ fashioned hay ride, freshly prepared lunch, ice cold beer and beverages, accompanied by acoustic guitar. A great experience with old & new friends! Ride departs 10:00 AM from Ranch Entry.

General Admission includes all activities, music, and 2-wheeled action throughout the event. All guests must wear their official 2025 wristband.
