The Ranch
Our event is held on the majestic, 3,500 acre property owned by country music legend, Loretta Lynn, famous for the annual AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship.
It features over 300 powered RV spots, cabins, showers, a concert pavilion & abundant space for thousands to camp.
Hurricane creek runs through, offering water activities and a stunning view of the dam at the grist mill.
For an additional fee you may tour Loretta’s Historic Home, Butcher Holler Home Place, Simulated Coal Mine, Museums, Concerts, Gift Shops, Western Store, Frontier Homestead, Native American Artifact Museum, Grist Mill and Loretta’s 18,000 Square Foot “Coal Miner’s Daughter” Museum.

- Trash will be picked up every morning. Please tie up tightly and place in trash receptacles.
- Do not leave trash out! We are in the country home of lots of animals!
CAMPING CHECK-IN INFO - All guests, please check-in at the Ranch entry located at 8000 Highway 13. Please be sure to enter this address into your GPS to avoid coming in the back way with twisty and dirt roads.

RV Camping
- All three of our campgrounds offer RV camping. We have more power spots than most rallies but they go fast. But don’t worry, there are acres for dry camping (you may run on generator).
- Each RV Rental requires one RV Campsite pass.
- Each guest must have an event wristband.
- Area 3 Sites and Honky Tonk sites are 20’ x 50’.
- Stagecoach Hill sites are from 30’ with a few up to 75’.
- If your trailer doesn’t fit in your spot, please park it in the trailer parking area at Area 3.
- Awnings and slides must fit within your site.
- Unless otherwise specified, all campsites are first-come first-serve. If you purchase a power spot, you will get one that is available upon arrival.

RV Rentals
Each RV Rental requires one RV Campsite pass.
Each guest must have an event wristband.
RV Rental Deliveries - Steps..
- Get your event tickets here .
- Reserve your RV spot at the Ranch here.
- Get a description and/or pictures of the actual RV you rented (you’ll want to keep this on your phone).
- Provide RV Rental Co. this address: GPS Address: Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, 8000 Highway 13, Hurricane Mills, TN 37078.
- Coordinate the location of RV keys with the RV Co or Driver. We can not hold keys.
- Driver must check in at Box Office and have your Reservation Info.
- Driver will be guided to camp site to park your RV for the event.
- When you arrive, simply check-in at Box Office for your passes and let a helpful Reg team member know your RV rental was delivered and they will direct you to the location.
- Drop your bags and enjoy the event!
If you are driving your own RV:
- Please check-in at Box Office to pick up your passes.
- Reg team will direct you to the campground you reserved.
- Drop your bags and enjoy the event!
Additional vehicles must park in designated parking area.
Many of our guests have shared positive experiences with both RVShare.com and NashvilleRV.com.
RV Rental companies are not associated with TMMR or the Ranch. We do not take a commission and request all savings go to the renter.

Tent Camping
- Sites are 10’ x 30’.
- Each guest must have an event wristband.
- You may purchase another site next to yours for double the space.
- You must have an overnight Camping Pass for each night.
- You can camp as many people as you like in your tent/site.
- You may park your motorcycles at your campsite.
- 4-Wheeled vehicles and trailers must park in designated parking area. You may purchase a 4-wheeled camping pass if you want to park next to your campsite.
- All campsites are first-come first-serve.

Glamping
- Glamping is located under a group of shady trees and a stones throw from Honky Tonk Central.
- Each guest must have an event wristband.
- You can “design your own” from bare bones all the way to a luxury Emperor’s Suite.
- Tents sleep from 1 up to 6 guests.
- Glamping tents are from 3:00 pm Wednesday - 6:00 pm Sunday
- Glamping is a special mobile-lodging operation run by a third party.
- Showerhouses are located in Honky Tonk and Stagecoach Hill.
- Bring your own toiletries, towels, and any other personal items.
- If you forget, visit the Camp Store or Country Store.

4-Wheeled Camping
- Sites are 10’ x 30’.
- Each guest must have an event wristband.
- Additional vehicles must park in designated parking area.
- You can camp as many people as you like in your vehicle.

- Our ticketing platform is via TIXR. You can find us and many other events here.

- We are a small event and not available 24/7. Please be patient and we will get back to you. A lot of information is on this website but you can also email Info@MotorcyclesAndMusic.com .
- TMMR is open to all ages. Children under 18 are free. Parent must accompany all children under 18.
- All guests must have a Festival Pass. Box Office and Will Call located at Ranch entry at 8000 Highway 13.
- Onsite campers must have a Festival Pass per person and a Camping Pass per set up.
- Wristbands may be purchased on-line or at the Box Office.
- Wristbands may be picked up at the Box Office and are non-transferable once applied.
- Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
- All sales are FINAL No cancellations. You may transfer or gift your ticket or camping purchase. Email Tonya@MotorcyclesAndMusic.com for assistance.
- Festival passes and camping passes are sold separately.

Camping Details
- All overnight guests must have a festival wristband available here
- We welcome you to come early to set up your site, enjoy and explore the area before the “official” party kicks off!
- Camping is 18+ (unless accompanied by your parent/legal guardian)
- We welcome all types of overnight camping including RV’s, Campers, Tents, and 4-Wheeled Vehicles
- Every type of camping requires a Camping Pass available here
- All campsites must have their Camping Hang Tag visible.
- Motorcycles may park at your campsite
- Trailer and vehicle parking is located in Area 3.
- You must have a 4-Wheeled Camp pass to park at your campsite. here
- Inverter generators may run 24/7. All others, please turn off at 11 pm if nearby other campers.
- NO ATV’s Permitted on Ranch.
- Golf carts and UTV’s are permitted and must have a pit pass here
