Who is putting this event on?
The Loretta Lynn family is hosting and producing this event in conjunction with R&R Promotions, a specialty agency with decades of motorcycle event promotions and deep ties to the national motorcycle family.
Will the venue have Internet and cell service?
Yes we do have internet and cell service but it can be iffy. The Ranch is located in a rural community. We have added amplified signals for the event but due to the number of participants, it can be slow.
How much will tickets cost?
Tickets start at $35 and go up depending on your preferences. We’ll post all ticket information on our website soon. Please stay connected with us via our e-blast signup and our social media outlets.
What type of tickets and passes will be available?
Daily event passes, four-day event passes, and limited VIP event passes.
Are tickets transferable and refundable?
Yes, tickets will be made transferable and refundable up to a certain date. Please read through the details on our ticketing page.
What’s the camping situation for this event?
Come in your own RV.
What do I need to pack for this event?
The Loretta Lynn Ranch is a full-fledge campsite and Dude Ranch. If you forget or run out of camping essentials, there are two on-site general stores that carry the bare necessities and a little more.
Can we show up for concerts and/or camping without a reservation?
Yes, tickets are available at the door at full price. Camping is limited, so we suggest making a reservation.
Do all motorhome spots include electric, water and sewage?
No, services vary per camping spot. Please call our campground representatives at the Loretta Lynn Ranch with any questions at 931-296-7700.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are welcome on a leash in the camping areas. They are not permitted in any bar, food, or vending area. Vaccinations must be up to date and you must sign a waiver upon arrival at check-in.
