WHO
WHO IS PUTTING THIS EVENT ON? The Loretta Lynn family is hosting and producing this event in partnership with Buck & Tonya Shaw and Carrie Repp/R&R Promotions, a specialty agency with three decades of motorcycle events and deep ties to the national motorcycle family.
CELL, WIFI, SATELLITE
WI-FI Wi-Fi is available for a fee on your “device”. (Note: When purchasing Wi-Fi, it must be purchased on the device you want Wi-Fi on. It is not transferable to another device after purchase. Devices are a cell phone, a computer, ipad, tv, etc).
The Ranch has partnered with a Wi-Fi company to bring fiber fed, amplified signals throughout most of the Ranch, however, there are some spots that may have weaker signal than others and may require you to move to a better area when trying to access the internet. An internet technician will be on site and available throughout the event to help with any Wi-Fi needs.
Any interruption of electric, water, WiFi or satellite service caused by weather or other reasons unforeseen by Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, does not constitute grounds for a refund. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE, please give us a chance to remedy the situation by making us aware of the issue while on the ranch. Most issues are simple fixes. WE HAVE A TECH ON-SITE.
CELL SERVICE Cell service is spotty on the Ranch, so we suggest placing calls with Wi-Fi calling(see above). This setting can be found under the phone settings on your iPhone or Android device. PLEASE NOTE: The Ranch is located in a rural community that does not have cellular signals the same as in more populated areas. This is your opportunity to unplug and get lost in the memorable moments you will make at TMMR.
SATELLITE TV Cable or satellite is not provided by TMMR or the Ranch. You may use your own satellite or go check out all the great activities TMMR has to offer.

STAYING AT THE RANCH
HOW CAN I STAY AT THE RANCH? The ultimate way to enjoy this event is to #ExperienceTMMR by staying at the majestic Loretta Lynn's Ranch. Get out to the country and enjoy the fresh air, big sky and smells and sounds of the beautiful ranch. Revive your mind and soul. Here are some options we offer:
- Stay in your own RV, camper, van, or tent. Just reserve the campground of your choice. Power and water hook-ups sell out quickly. Acres and acres to ranch primitive or use your inverter (quiet) generator.
- Rent an RV - we like RVShare. It's like the Airbnb of RV rentals.
- Rent a Revival Glamping Tent. Choose from a number of configurations.
- Set up your own MotoCamping tent (ride-in primitive camping in your own tent) in Area 3. Reserve for quicker entry.
- Van and vehicle camping in Area 3. Reserve for quicker entry.

WHAT TYPE OF GENERATOR CAN I USE AT MY CAMPSITE? Inverter (quiet) generators are permitted at your campsite. Standard portable generators (the loud ones) are not recommended on the Ranch; if you only have that type, please be particularly respectful of your neighbors. We kindly ask everyone with a louder generatory to turn them off at 11:00 PM.
WHAT DEFINES AN RV? For purposes of TMMR reservations, an RV is defined as any vehicle measuring 20’ plus - with or without power. All campers, oversized vehicles such as sprinters and box trucks; sleep-in trailers, 5th wheels, vehicles with trailer staying hitched, etc. are considered RVs.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE THREE RANCH CAMPGROUNDS?
There are three (3) unique campgrounds on Loretta Lynn’s Ranch to suit everyone’s style and budget. You can read more about them on the STAY button on the website. No time to do that? Here they are in a nutshell:
AREA 3 is a wide-open field with a couple rows of trees and some creekside camp area. It’s a walk away from Honky Tonk Central. This is the only campground you can tent, van, car and RV camp together so it’s ideal if you have a group. It’s mostly dry camping though there are a number of power spots (they sell out early) and you can use your inverter (quiet) generator.
HONKY TONK CENTRAL is in the hub of all of the action. These spots are on the lawn and are water/electric hook-ups with mostly 30 amps and some 50 amps.
STAGECOACH HILL is the premier campground with all spots full hookup 50 amp (Water/Electric/Sewer). Most are paved with some set apart on dirt/gravel with great shade and room to spread out. Sites are a little distance from the action but close enough to walk (though a golf cart is nice).
CAN I RESERVE A SPECIFIC SPOT? Actual CAMPSITES are on a first come - first serve basis. You must have an RV or Camper here to secure the site. You are not permitted to hold a campsite for another with a pop up, vehicle, bikes, etc. *Some sites may be marked by event staff for various reasons. Please check with one of our campsite guides before setting up camp if you are unsure. Do not move any official reserved signage or barricades. If you do, you will be asked to move. Primitive camping means no power or water and is available in Area 3. No primitive camping on RV hookup sites. Camping passes are required and must be hung visibly on the front of your RV, camper, tent or vehicle.
CAN I SHARE A CAMPING PASS OR SITE WITH ANOTHER? Sorry, but NO. All overnighters on any of Loretta Lynn’s Ranch campgrounds and with any type of roof coverage need an overnight camping pass for each accommodation. If you have two tents, you need two overnight passes, etc. Now, if you choose to sleep outside of your tent or camper under the stars, we’ll let you slide!
Do all RV spots include electric, water and sewage? No, services vary per campground. Please check out options by clicking on STAY on the website. Sewage pump-out and water fill-up services will be available on-site throughout the event for a fee. *You may use your generator. Inverter generators may run anytime, 24/7. Those with traditional portable generators will be asked to set up camp in a specific zone in Area 3 OR required to shut them off each night by 11pm. Please be courteous.
YOUR WEBSITE OFFERS UP TO 7 NIGHTS DURING THE WEEK OF TMMR. CAN I STAY MORE DAYS? Yes! Just make your reservation with us for the week of TMMR and then call the ranch to add on any extra nights RANCH OFFICE 931-296-7700. If you want to extend nights within the week, email info@motorcyclesandmusic.com.
ARE CAMPING RESERVATIONS REFUNDABLE? This is a non-refundable, rain or shine event. If we are forced to cancel for reasons outside our control, ticket holders will be refunded or given the option to transfer to a future event. If you wish to change/upgrade ticket types, email info@motorcyclesandmusic.com. If you can not attend, you may transfer/assign your tickets to someone else, log into your Tixr account and simply change the attendee name on the pass(es). NOTE: We cannot refund or handle a resell for you. Please work that out privately with the other party. For assistance with any of these requests, please email info@motorcyclesandmusic.com.
