Who is putting this event on?
The Loretta Lynn family is hosting and producing this event in conjunction with R&R Promotions, a specialty agency with decades of motorcycle event promotions and deep ties to the national motorcycle family.
Telephone/Internet/Electricity/Satellite TV: There is no cable tv for campsites. We have WiFi service throughout the campgrounds for a fee. There will be a free zone at the Speed Shack. Cell phone service is limited unless using WiFi calling. Any interruption of electric, water, WiFi or satellite service caused by weather or other reasons unforeseen by Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, does not constitute grounds for a refund. The Ranch is located in a rural community. We have added amplified signals for the event but due to the number of participants, it can be slow.
What type of tickets and passes will be available?

Are tickets transferable and/or refundable?
This is a non-refundable, rain or shine event. If we are forced to cancel for reasons outside our control, tickets will be refunded or given the option to transfer to a future event. If you wish to change/upgrade ticket types, email email@example.com. If you can no longer make it and want to transfer/assign your tickets to someone else, log into your Tixr account and simply change the attendee name on the pass(es). *We cannot refund or handle a resell for you. What’s the camping situation for this event?
The ultimate way to enjoy the Revival is to EXPERIENCE REVIVAL by staying overnight at the majestic Loretta Lynn's Ranch. Just like getting out on your bike, getting to the country can refresh your mind and your soul. The fresh air, the big sky, the smells and sounds of the outdoors can rejuvenate.
RV and Primitive Camping: Please Note: You must be at least 18 years of age to rent a campsite.
Check In / Check Out Time: Check-in time is at 9am, Sunday 5/15 to Saturday 5/21. During peak times there may be a delay and your patience is appreciated, there will be no refunds or discounts for delays in checking in. Check out is at 5 pm on Sunday the 22nd. Check with our gate crew at the registration tent to see if additional days are available.
Late Arrivals: If registration has closed for the night when you arrive, follow the instructions on posted signage to see security and get to your campsite. Return to registration in the morning to pickup your event passes and complete your check-in.
Campsites: Reservations are non-site specific and are on first come first serve basis. You are not allowed to hold campsites for someone arriving at a later time. *Some sites may be marked by event staff for various reasons. Please check with one of our campsite guides before setting up camp if you are unsure. Primitive camping is no power or water and must be done in designated areas. No primitive camping on RV hookup sites. Campsite guides are available from 9a-8p to help you select and guide you to a site. Camping passes are required and must be hanged visibly on the front of your tent or vehicle.
Adapters: Electrical adapters are available for purchase or rent in the Ranch office.
What do I need to pack for this event?
The Loretta Lynn Ranch is a full-fledged campsite and Dude Ranch. If you forget or run out of camping essentials, there are two on-site general stores that carry the bare necessities and a little more.
Can we show up for concerts and/or camping without a reservation?
Yes, tickets are available at the door at full price. Camping is limited, so we suggest making a reservation early.
Do all RV spots include electric, water and sewage?
No, services vary per camping spot. Please check out options at https://motorcyclesandmusic.com/stay
Sewage pump-out and water fill-up services will be available on-site throughout the event for a fee.
*You may use your generator. Inverter generators may run anytime, 24/7. Those with traditional generators will be asked to set up camp in a specific zone in Area 3 OR required to shut them off each night by 10pm.
Your website only has options to stay up to 7 nights the week of the event. Can I stay longer? Yes! Make your reservation with us and then call the ranch to add on any extra nights at 931-296-7700. If you have already booked and want to extend nights within the week, email email@example.com.
Can I bring my pet?
Our campground is pet friendly. The following rules will apply to anyone bringing a pet.
1) All pets must always be kept on a leash. Vaccinations must be up to date. They are not permitted in any bar, food, or vending area.If your dog is aggressive, please do not allow other guests to approach it.
2) All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.
3) If your pet causes damages to Ranch property then you will be responsible for the cost of cleaning, spraying, repairs, or replacement.
4) Please do not leave pets loose and unattended at campsite.
5) No Exotic Pets or pets not allowed by Tennessee State Laws.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes, kids are welcome! There are plenty of daytime activities that are kid-friendly. We just ask that kids are accompanied by an adult at all times. You can add up to two kid passes, per adult pass purchase. Kids 12 and under are free, kids 13-17 can get passes at a reduced rate.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Yes and No... guests may have their own drinks at their campsites. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL OR LIQUIDS will be permitted inside the parameters of Honky Tonk Central (event area, not campground) during the entire duration of the event. Multiple bars offer full liquor, beer, wine and non-alcoholic options. We can lose our liquor license if this rule is broken...thank you understanding and respecting this rule.
Can I bring my own golf cart or recreational vehicle?
Yes! Just purchase a Pit Pass here or at the gate.
The use of recreational vehicles is allowed for transportation purposes only at an additional fee. Pit pass required for Golf Carts, Side by Sides, UTV's, and other off-roading vehicles. You must be 16 years of age or older with a valid driver license to operate any vehicle. Our staff will supply you with a vehicle pass and rules. ABSOLUTELY NO OFFROAD RIDING, TRAIL RIDING, MAIN ROAD RIDING OR AGGRESSIVE DRIVING. If caught doing any of the mentioned, the pass will be taken and the vehicle will be parked the remainder of the event. * If you are renting a Golf Cart at the event, your Pit Pass is included. UTV & Personal Golf Cart Pass – $14.99. No ATV's or 4-wheelers allowed on property.
What about parking?
There is a free lot on the edge of Area 3 for 4-wheeled vehicles and trailers. All extra vehicles must park here unless a pass permits otherwise or a special arrangement has been made (ie some vendors and exceptions on Stagecoach Hill). Motorcycles park free and can go nearly anywhere on property and the event grounds, unless marked otherwise. Motorcycles can also park at any campsite. Premium parking will be available for purchase at the gate.
Where can I charge my cell phone?
Law Tigers will have a charging station at their booth.
I forgot some camping essentials. Where is the closest store?
Campstore on Stagecoach Hill, Loretta's Country Store across from the Ranch entrance (7a-5p), Western Store in Western Town (10a-5p) or Walmart in nearby Waverly, TN.
Fishing: We support Catch and Release fishing. A valid TWRA Fishing permit is required. These can be obtained by visiting GoOutdoorsTennessee.com. No Hunting or Trapping of any kind allowed.
Non-Smoking: Our campground is predominantly non-smoking. You cannot smoke within 50 feet of any building, doorway, or public areas (such as, but not limited to: Swimming pool, playgrounds, volleyball court, common area, etc).
Insects and Animals: Though our campground areas are regularly sprayed by a professional pest control company, ladybugs, wasps, and other insects sometimes visit the premises. In the event our guests discover a major infestation, please notify the Ranch Office at 931-296-7700. We do have wildlife that occasionally visit the campground, please do not feed the wild animals. Please be aware that there are venomous spiders and snakes in our Region. Please keep an eye on children and pets. If you encounter a wild animal, please contact the Ranch Office, and let our staff handle it. We do not give refunds for pests, bugs, or animals.
Swimming Pool and Creek: All guests are encouraged to use the swimming pool and creek. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass bottles or alcohol allowed in the pool or creek area. Music is allowed at the pool and creek area but please keep the volume reasonable and the songs family friendly. If another guest asks you to turn down the volume or change the song (Within reason) please accommodate everyone nearby.
Campfires and Grills: Do not bring your own firewood. Tree-killing insects and diseases can hitch-hike hundreds of miles on firewood when people bring wood into campgrounds. Campfire wood is available for purchase at our Camp Store on Stagecoach Hill or the Country Store across Hwy 13. Any downed wood on the property is also available to use. Do not cut down any trees or limbs for wood. If after hours, please see our camp host for firewood. Do not leave campfires unattended. Please douse campfires at night to ensure they do not burn unattended. Please clean out grills when they have cooled off and close the lid to keep the weather from causing damage. You must supply your own charcoal. Do not toss hot coals in the yard or grassy areas. (We do not allow fires during burn bans or drought).
Trash Pick-Up: Please bag and tie up trash. Leave all trash at the end of campsite. Our maintenance crew will pick up every morning between 7-8am afternoon between 2-3 pm. Do NOT leave trash out overnight where animals can get into it.
The following is NOT allowed at any time:
Fireworks of any kind.
Open carry firearms. If you have a valid carry permit (Federal or Tennessee) you may conceal carry. Please inform the Ranch Staff if you have a firearm to allow us to put it on your reservation. Any display of your firearm is not allowed.
Aggressive or Excessive riding of recreation vehicles. There is absolutely no access to Trails or Motocross Track. Violators will be charged for any damages and may be asked to leave. Please see the rules and restrictions accompanied with the purchase of the recreational vehicle pass.
Drug paraphernalia, Illegal substances, or illegal weapons. If you are found to have any in your possession, the Humphreys County Sheriff Department will be contacted immediately. You will be removed from the property with no refund and will be banned from the property indefinitely.
Public Intoxication, profanity, indecency, or excessive boisterous behavior, violent or erratic behavior.
