DON'T OWN A RV?

RENT AN RV from $75/night

Renting an RV is easy with RVshare.com.  They make the whole process simple and fun!  Just put in your parameters and click search!  Then choose the camper or RV that best suits your style.

RENT AN RV to be DELIVERED to TMMR?

If you have rented an RV that will be delivered to Loretta Lynn’s Ranch for TMMR, here are the easiest steps:

1. Get your Tickets and Reserve your RV spot at TMMR on one of the three campgrounds.

2. Get a description and/or pictures of the actual RV you rented (You’ll want to keep that on your phone).

3. Make sure you coordinate keys with the RV rental company or driver.  We can not hold keys.

4.  Make sure your RV rental company driver stops and checks in at the registration under your camping reservation. 

5. Then when you personally arrive to the Ranch, let registration know who you rented the RV from and the campground you reserved.

6. We will escort you to your camping area and you’ll be all set!  

7. Then just drop your bags and enjoy the event!

GLAMPING

NEW for 2023!  New location | New glamping experience.  We’ve relocated the glamping area under the shade of trees nearby Hurricane Creek in Area 3.  In addition, you have many options to choose from to design your own unique glamping experience.  No matter which option you choose, your tent will be set up in the “Glamping Village” ready for when you arrive.  Just simply show up and enjoy!


CHECK-IN  All tents will be Ready for your Arrival 3:00 pm Wednesday, May 17.  Departure 6:00 pm, Sunday, May 21.  Glamping is a special mobile-lodging operation.  Rentals are 4-nights only.

STANDARD TENT

Airbed.  Fully furnished with linens, rugs, decor, lighting, luggage rack, camp chairs and side table. Choice of 1 luxury queen airbed or 2 luxury queen airbeds to accommodate up to 4 guests.  Standard Rental  $550/1 Queen AirBed -or- $750/2 Queen AirBeds.

PREMIUM TENT

Mattress. Fully furnished Fully furnished with linens, rugs, decor, lighting, luggage rack, camp chairs and side table.  Choice of 1 luxury queen memory foam mattress or 2 luxury queen memory foam mattresses to accommodate up to 4 guests.  Premium Rental $750/1 Queen Mattress Bed -or- $950/2 Queen Mattress Beds.

EMPEROR VIP SUITE

Mattress. These tents are double the footprint size of our previous listed bell tents and contain 2 pitches as well as 2 doors for a true luxury stay.  Limited quantity so reserve soon!  Choose from: 1 queen memory foam bed with sitting area and lounge space for 2 $1300 -or - 2 queen memory foam beds with smaller sitting area up to 4  $1500 -or- 3 queen memory foam beds with no sitting area for groups of up to 6  $1600.

BARE BONES TENT

The most economical option.  Includes set up but DOES NOT include beds/furnishing.  It does come with floor rugs and interior/exterior lighting.  Guests will need to bring their own sleeping gear, camp gear, furnishings or just bring a sleeping bag!  Bare Bones Rental $400/tent.

  • Hospitality lounge tent/check-in area 
  • Complimentary coffee bar each morning at 9 am
  • Complimentary golf cart shuttle service to the shower facilities 
  • Note- we do not supply toiletry items or shower towels.  
  • Electricity banks available for guests to charge their phones/ electronics.  If you would like to reserve your own electricity bank for your tent, please see the available “Add-On Items”.  
  • Add-On items will be set inside your tent prior to arrival and are yours to rent for the entire event
